-You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell any designs or intellectual property on this website or social medias owned by Dark As Day Apparel Limited without express written permission by the company director.

-We have done our best to display as accurately as we could the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s will display the same colours.

-Payments can be made via PayPal and Clearpay or Afterpay, Debit or Credit card

-We reserve the right to refuse, reject or cancel any order made without reason.

-We may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or cancel  orders that, in our opinion, appear to be placed by resellers or fraudulent buyers.

-We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange that does not meet our return policy.

-We are not liable for any returned items that have been lost in the post or damaged by anyone other than ourselves.

-We reserve the right to refuse to cancel and order so the order can be made again during a sale.

-We reserve the right to deny a return order that was made during a sale.

-Dark As Day Apparel LTD is not responsible for any import or duty fees that may occur when shipping outside of the UK or EU (IOSS supported states) Any fees/tax or bills are payable solely by the recipient.

-If your order is returned to Dark As Day Apparel and you would like to have the order sent out again you will be asked to pay the postage costs before a redelivery can be arranged.

 -If a products price has changed due to an upgrade in materials after the customer has bought a copy and the customer wishes to change size the customer will need to pay the difference between the old and new prices to receive the upgraded product.
